Shipping, Returns & Refunds
All UK post is sent using a Royal Mail Second Class Post.
All orders for Europe are sent using Royal Mail Track and Signed for, this insures it arrives with you safety. This service normally takes 3 - 5 days.
All other orders from around the globe and not in Europe, please contact us via email as we will look into the best shipping method for your cosmic little things.
We are living the rainbow dream in London. If you live in a country where duty is payable on goods sent from the U.K, please note that this is not included in the cost of the item you order and will be payable by the customer.
All of our beautiful dungarees are made by hand in our Sussex studio, especially for you, once your order is placed. As such, we are regrettably unable to accept refunds.....please do check your measurements before ordering.
Should your item be faulty or not fit for purpose please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you to resolve any issues you may have.
If you would like to return or exchange items from your order of any non bespoke items, you have 14 days to return from the day you receive your order. We will exchange, give a refund and offer a credit note if received within 14 days.
If you cannot return your order within the specified times, please contact us and we’ll make every effort to help.
Each item must be returned as new with the tags attached and unworn.
We will not accept clothes that have been worn.
To make a return, you need to:
- Include your phone number, email and delivery address in your return
- Package each item carefully, including manufacturer’s tags attached to item
- Please return the item via a Signed For Service and keep hold of your Proof of Postage
- We cannot be held responsible for items not reaching our office. The unwanted item is the responsibility of the buyer until it arrives here safely
